It's Peach again!

I am sorry, in my last post I said that I was going to post more, but it has been almost 2 weeks since my last post! I am really sorry! >.< Since we are finally moved, and settled in I will be able to post more.

Like I said, we finally moved! Our house is so spacious, beautiful, and cozy! I will post another blog with lots of pictures of the house, etc asap!
My room is really big, and just the way I wanted it ^ ^ I’m really happy everything turned out good, now the only thing left is my goal to make friends and get the job at Starbucks o.o がんばります！

Guess what?! I got a new family member…. My hamster! For years I have been begging my dad to let me get a hamster, but he is allergic (and he doesn't like rodents…) so he kept saying no. But 2 days before we moved, I randomly asked him “If I bought a hamster with my own money, took care of it, and only kept it in the basement, would you let me get one?” and he said “ok…” So I got a hammy! (/>.<)/ うれしいです！
She is 7 months old, I got her off of Kijiji for $20 with everything I need to take care of her (pretty cheap!) She is an absolute doll, and I love her so much!

Its funny how she got her name though, here is how it happened…

I thought to myself ‘oh my, what a cute hamster!’ so I emailed the owner that I could pick her up asap, so we set up a time, and the very next day I was going to get my new pet! Well when my sister asked me what her name was I said ‘Lula’ yet the owner never told me her name! I had no idea why I said her name was Lula, but I stuck with it! The next day when I went to pick up my hamster, I asked the owner what her name was and he said ‘Well we called her Candy, but we never use it so you can call her whatever you want!’ So I called her Lula!
Later that day as I got home super excited that I got my baby, I looked to my right and saw my backpack with the brand written on the front ‘LULA’ O.O”

So that is how I got her name! Subconsciously I saw my backpack and thought of the brand name Lula!

That's my story about how I got a hamster, and how she got her name haha ^ ^
