Work, and my tips!

I have been super busy with work this last week or so. Its really messed up with my eating, and exercise schedule T_T
I've finally got it all planned out! I made all my meals for the day this morning, and calculated the calories and macros. And right after work, I will just do my workout like usual! I may need another shot of coffee, but as long as I get through it Im happy ^ ^

My tips for being prepared for a workday?
  • Plan your meals ahead of time
  • Either work before work, or after work while your still motivated (don't push it aside!)
  • Remember that you aren't a miracle worker. Missing one workout or having one bad day will NOT ruin all your progress so far! Just get back on track tomorrow.
  • Keep motivated! Remember your goals, and why you started working out, and living a healthier lifestyle in the first place! 
  • There are other people out there working just as hard, OR harder than you! If they can do it, you can do it!
