Way of Gray 4 ever!

I love Way of Gray!!! (Aka Sophie Gray) She is so awesome! I bought her ebook a while ago with 10 workouts in it that are only about 15-30 mins long. And I absolutely love it! They whip my butt, and I am sore for days after them! I can definitely see improvements (when I actually stick with them  T-T I have been so lazy lately! Especially when I caught the flu...)

CEC: Day 18

Already at day 18 of the clean eating challenge, and I still haven't had any cereal! I have been doing pretty good with my eating, and I haven't had anything unhealthy, or that would not be counted towards the CEC. Im proud of myself for making it this far ^ ^
But I thought about it, once I finish the 100 days, I will still be eating the same afterwards, so does it really matter if I count 100 days when I am just going to continue after? Well, I guess I will just count it anyways, but I will n...

100 day clean eating challenge!

Hey guys!
My buddy Skye and I have been having issues with our diets lately (not literal diets, just what we have been eating), so we decided to do the 100 day clean eating challenge!

Basically what it is, is eating food with no more than 5 clean ingredients, exercising regularly, having around 6 mini meals a day (whatever works for you), and not counting calories. Just eat small and healthy meals. That doesn't mean pig out since you aren't counting calories, but just eating clean in general!

Oatmeal obsession!

Hey everyone!

Besides my addiction to sushi, another thing I am in LOVE with is oatmeal! I could eat oatmeal all day everyday! Its just sooo good, and there are so many different things you can make with oats! 
My favourite way to make oatmeal is cook 1 cup oats in 2 cups water, add 2 egg whites, 1/2 mashed banana, about 1/4 cup frozen blueberries once water is almost all evaporated, and mix until desired consistency. I make that almost every morning, it is by far my favourite breakfast!

Schools back

Back to school! Yay!!!... NOT 
I hate school T_T and if you have checked out my personal blog, you could see the long post I wrote about how I tried public school but hated it, so now I am back to homeschooling. But I am probably going to do a mix of homeschooling and public school.

The one thing I did like about public school though was gym... We went for a 5km run! And I was in the front of the class with the athletic kids XD I was so happy! But other than gym, I really do not like public sch...

Coffee addiction

As you might know, I am/was a coffee addict. Just a few days ago I was drinking about 3-5 cups a day, and if I went without it for too long I got shaky and bad headaches. Notice how I am using the past tense? Thats because I decided to slow down or quit coffee, I have been relying on it too much for energy and now I am getting all the bad effects of coffee, like the headaches and such. It was 2 days I went without coffee, the first day I had REALLY bad headaches, and felt absolutely terrible....

Iced coffee, raw progress

Hey guys!

I recently have made a new. healthy version of iced coffee/frapaccino. Im not exactly sure what to classify it under >_<
Im addicted to coffee, and it is really hot in Canada where I live right now. So I wanted to make a cold version so I could have something nice and cool on a hot summers day.
Here is how I made it:
Ingredients:
-1 cup soymilk
-about 1 cup or less of coffee (just black)
-1/2 tbsp (or to taste) of honey
-tsp-tbsp cocoa unsweetened (as much as you like)
