Back to school! Yay!!!... NOT 
I hate school T_T and if you have checked out my personal blog, you could see the long post I wrote about how I tried public school but hated it, so now I am back to homeschooling. But I am probably going to do a mix of homeschooling and public school.

The one thing I did like about public school though was gym... We went for a 5km run! And I was in the front of the class with the athletic kids XD I was so happy! But other than gym, I really do not like public sch...

Juicing cleanse and veggies

I have been trying to eat more veggies, because if you read my other posts you would know I have a major sweet tooth (if I wrote that in my other posts...). 
And I read on Sia Coopers blog (http://fitmommydiaries.blogspot.ca/) about how she did a week cleanse with juicing, and how it made her skin glow. So I thought "Hey, thats a good idea to juice, then I will be able to get more veggies!" And now I am having about 1 juice every second day to replace a meal, and 1 salad a day. Slowly I will b...

Coffee addiction

As you might know, I am/was a coffee addict. Just a few days ago I was drinking about 3-5 cups a day, and if I went without it for too long I got shaky and bad headaches. Notice how I am using the past tense? Thats because I decided to slow down or quit coffee, I have been relying on it too much for energy and now I am getting all the bad effects of coffee, like the headaches and such. It was 2 days I went without coffee, the first day I had REALLY bad headaches, and felt absolutely terrible....

Raw second week progress, moving..

Well, I believe this is my second week of eating more raw foods! So far it has been really good, the only thing I am struggling with is getting enough protein and less carbs. Fruit is high in carbs and sugar, but they the good ones. So Im not too worried about that. But regards to protein, I am getting more fat than protein. 
I did some research on it, and it seems like I need to get some raw vegan protein powder. It just seems to difficult to get it other wise, and I don't want to lose any mu...

Iced coffee, raw progress

Hey guys!

I recently have made a new. healthy version of iced coffee/frapaccino. Im not exactly sure what to classify it under >_<
Im addicted to coffee, and it is really hot in Canada where I live right now. So I wanted to make a cold version so I could have something nice and cool on a hot summers day.
Here is how I made it:
Ingredients:
-1 cup soymilk
-about 1 cup or less of coffee (just black)
-1/2 tbsp (or to taste) of honey
-tsp-tbsp cocoa unsweetened (as much as you like)

Raw diet, my fitness journey...

Something I have never really brought up since starting my fitness journey is that, I was a raw vegan for 3 years (sometimes I ate raw fish though! Im in love with Japanese food!)

Work, and my tips!

Hey!
I have been super busy with work this last week or so. Its really messed up with my eating, and exercise schedule T_T
I've finally got it all planned out! I made all my meals for the day this morning, and calculated the calories and macros. And right after work, I will just do my workout like usual! I may need another shot of coffee, but as long as I get through it Im happy ^ ^

My tips for being prepared for a workday?
  • Plan your meals ahead of time
  • Either work before work, or after work while...
