Iced coffee, raw progress

Hey guys!

I recently have made a new. healthy version of iced coffee/frapaccino. Im not exactly sure what to classify it under >_<
Im addicted to coffee, and it is really hot in Canada where I live right now. So I wanted to make a cold version so I could have something nice and cool on a hot summers day.
Here is how I made it:
-1 cup soymilk
-about 1 cup or less of coffee (just black)
-1/2 tbsp (or to taste) of honey
-tsp-tbsp cocoa unsweetened (as much as you like)

1. Make coffee and cool in in fridge/freezer (if you don't have time, or are too lazy to cool it, it doesn't really matter, I use mine hot)
2. Put all ingredients besides ice in blender and blend until smooth
3. add ice very slowly until desired consistency (I put about 1/2 cup of ice, it should just be a bit icy, not like a slushy!)
4. Pour and enjoy!

This iced coffee/frapaccino has been my latest addiction! I don't want to use too much honey, so sometimes I will just replace it with stevia or another 0 cal sweetener. But it is best with honey.
I enjoy having a cold drink on a nice summer day by the pool. Heck, who doesn't enjoy that!

Another thing I wanted to update you about, was how I am doing with eating more raw in my diet.
Well I have been eating about 50-80% raw lately, and I have much more energy, my face has more color, and my mood has improved greatly! I have been feeling really happy all the time, and have more energy! 
Before, like these past few months since I started eating a mostly cooked diet, I have been feeling really depressed and just down and tired. But I find, for me anyways, that when I eat more fruits and raw foods I feel a lot happier! 
Also I have noticed, my stomach has shrunk! It seems like I am less bloated, and my stomach looks thinner! I don't notice any muscle (like my lower abs) yet, but I can see my upper abs. But I think if I just continue with the exercise and eating well my lower abs will come soon.
So I am really happy with the results from eating more raw so far, and it hasn't even been a week! The only thing that is hard is getting enough protein. I have just been drinking soy milk, eating tuna, and other sources that are cooked for protein, thats basically all that I eat cooked. Sometimes I will throw a raw egg in my smoothie, but I don't want to risk salmonella. 

Another thing I wanted to tell you about, is tonight I am going to a movie and dinner! I am really excited! I talked about it on my other blog page. We are going to watch "The Croods" and after go to a sushi restaurant, get a tatami room and order a sushi boat! Its going to be a special day with my sisters that we have always wanted to do.
